Hello everyone! My name is Isabella and I am a 4th year Bioengineering: Bioengineering major. I will also be your 2026-2027 MIC Co-Chair! I work in the Valdez-Jasso Lab in the Bioengineering department and have interests in microbiology. In my free time, I like to hike, try new desserts, snowboard, and look for fun adventures! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about MIC, academics, or would just love to chat :D
I am a Bioengineering: BioSystems student from Pune, India. I start my research position at UC San Diego Health in the fall and recently completed an internship at a hospital in my hometown. I am also a ballerina and enjoy playing video games.
