Project Team

Our Project Team committee aims to provide interested students with the necessary mechanical skills to pursue work in mechanically-oriented bioengineering fields. PT is open to everyone of all skill levels and aims to be a welcoming and fun environment for everyone involved. Those who feel confident with the mechanical, electrical, and software design skills needed for the project can jump right into working, leadership roles, while those who are new to these skills can learn from their peers and attend the many PT workshops to hone their craft. This year PT will be building a prosthetic hand controlled by a haptic feedback glove that will also respond to sensory input from the prosthesis. If you are interested in working on this project, we're excited to see you at PT's committee meetings!

If you want to get involved, you can join our discord, or follow us on instagram

We are currently meeting on Wednesdays, in PFBH 291. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday at 7 p.m..

Hello! I am a Bioengineering student graduating in 2026, intending to complete the 5-year BS/MS program by 2027. I am interested in clinical research, surgical robotics, EEG research, and medicine, hoping to earn an MD/PhD. Outside of academic work, I enjoy playing the guitar and writing music!
